The MANY WORLDS SAMPLE CD is a collection that includes over 1000 samples, a four-track EP, a Max for Live resampling device, a research paper, MIDI chords, an A3 poster, a sticker pack, and a holographic CD in a jewel case. A culmination of a over a year of work.
Recorded the Glasgow University Music Club Wind Band at the university concert hall. I used a Neumann U87 and two Neumann KM184s. Above is a recording of Michael Sweeney’s ‘Earth and Sky’ which I also mixed and mastered from this session. I also contributed as a live sound engineer for GUCMU open mic nights.
Volunteered at a STEM evening for Oakgrove Primary School, demonstrating a Moog Theremin to the children. I routed the audio through Ableton Live with different audio effects and displayed a Spectrogram too. I also designed the school logo too.
